Pregunta a Centro Medico Guapiles

My first question is, "hablar engles?" I am a 66 year old retiree and I will be moving to Costa Rica in early June. It looks like I will be living in Guapiles. The first thing I will need to do once I get there is locate an English speaking doctor. If you are able to accommodate me what all will you need me to bring with me. A list of my medications, I'm sure. My medical record? Or will you be able to get that on-line? What else would you need?
