Reseña sobre Grupo Los Tres Glt S.A. - Volvo Jaguar

I have to begin this comment saying that after conscious thinking about convenience to buy a car identified with an internationally reputed and prestigious brand -Volvo- but not yet well positioned in the Costa Rica premium automobile market, my wife and I decided to 'take the risk' and explore the possibility to do it. Accordingly, she phoned the local dealer and coordinated with one of its salesmen a date and hour for an appointment to drive a XC60 T5 demo. Because I was interested to be present and see the car, I re-arranged my schedule as an attorney and came back home earlier than usual to be on time for the demo. Unfortunately, at my arrival my wife told me that she was very sad and disappointed because only a few minutes ago had received a phone call from the salesman cancelling the previously coordinated appointment arguing a hard to believe excuse. As readers of this comment will notice, our first experience with the brand and local dealer was very deceiving and far away from being pleasant, mainly considering that a company who pretends to present the image of a serious one does not incur in this kind of last minute and questionable practices.
